Tiffany K. Martin is an equity-minded thought leader, speaker, presenter and author, and she serves as an Executive Change Strategist, ICF-certified Professional Coach (CPC/CLC) and Health Equity Advocate. Tiffany is the Owner of TKMartin Consulting LLC and she specializes in Organizational Culture Change Management with an emphasis in Strategic Planning, Consulting in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, Professional Development and Executive Coaching. Tiffany is also the Founder and Executive Director of Elevated Health and Community, a nonprofit organization with the mission to revolutionize health equity solutions and provide individuals from marginalized communities with access, information and resources that bolster mental health, enhance physical well-being and promote safe enjoyment of the outdoors. Tiffany holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, and she has a multi-faceted 25+ year career of service as a Hardware Design Engineer, Special Agent and Certified Fitness Advisor for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Technical Project Manager, Educator, Business Consultant, and Health and Wellness Coach. As a result of her diverse professional expertise, Tiffany is uniquely positioned to help others understand the “big picture” and act with intention.
