Hello! My name is Kenzi, and I am proud to be part of a community of empowered women making meaningful strides in the business world. As the Co-Founder, Chief Nurse Executive, and Nurse Practitioner at Monarch Hospice and Palliative Care, I lead with a passion for providing compassionate care, innovative solutions, and supporting community wellness. My career spans over 10 years, during which I have honed my skills in leadership, team building, and strategic planning.

I have been fortunate to grow both personally and professionally through diverse experiences. These include leading multidisciplinary teams, spearheading impactful projects, and serving as a mentor to emerging leaders. I believe strongly in the power of collaboration and the importance of creating opportunities for others to thrive.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, which help me maintain a well-rounded perspective and fuel my creativity. I am committed to lifelong learning and am always seeking ways to grow and contribute to my industry and community.

I’m inspired by the collective strength of women in business and am thrilled to connect with like-minded professionals who are equally dedicated to driving change and making a difference. Let’s build something extraordinary together!
