I am an Intrapreneur and employee benefits consultant at a brokerage firm, dedicated to helping employers design, implement, and manage cost-effective benefits programs. My goal is to ensure compliance while attracting and retaining top talent, all while offering comprehensive support to both HR teams and employees.

My role as a benefits consultant transcends the typical transactional dynamics of assisting clients with group health insurance. Instead, I focus on fostering a partnership framework that embraces a holistic approach to benefits management.

My benefits consulting services include:

- Strategic Planning and Design
- Vendor Management and Negotiation
- Funding Strategies for Cost Containment
- Employee Communications Design and Support
- Employee Engagement and Wellness Program Support
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Compliance and Risk Management

All services are fully customizable to meet each client's unique and complex needs.

On a personal note, I currently serve as the treasurer on the board of NAWBO Sacramento Valley, where I support women business owners and their corporate partners. Additionally, I am a volunteer with the local SAHRA (Sacramento Area Human Resource Association). Community involvement is a significant part of my life, and it truly keeps me motivated and inspired.
