Legal Services
I'm Leah Parrish-Pane and I am a conflict coach/mediator/attorney in Sacramento. I run a Law Firm and Conflict Coaching Firm where we provide traditional legal services in the Family Law sphere (think divorce, child custody, domestic violence) as well as Mediation services for both Family Law disputes and every other kind of conflict that companies, organizations, families etc. find themselves in. We provide strict mediation services where the actual dispute is laid out on the table and we work through the issue right there as well as conflict resolution workshops and classes that individuals or organizations can sign up for before any specific conflict has escalated. We treat it like preventative care; providing skills and tools for every level within an organization to recognize and deal with conflict more effectively. I'm incredibly passionate about conflict management and firmly believe in the power of acknowledging that conflict is a necessary part of growth, progress and change- regardless of the setting. My training and education in this field has helped just as much in my personal life as it has in my career and the skills we learn with conflict management are the most transferrable skills for any occupation or interpersonal dynamic. I began my legal career in the Family Law field and quickly realized how unresolved interpersonal issues can turn into multi-hundred thousand dollar lawsuits but knew that didn't have to be the case. I went back to school while practicing to specialize in mediation and conflict resolution and it opened an entirely new world that has changed the way I look at all conflict. I was born and raised in Sacramento and moved back after college to set up roots here. I have four spectacular children and wonderful partner who supports this business as much as if it were his own.
