Cora Lynn is CEO and Founder of Q Benefits Administration and Q Benefits Infrastructure Consulting. She has been serving the Employee Benefits realm since 1998, starting out in financial advising and retirement plans then moving into health and wellness benefits during the advent of the Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act in 2010.

After 12 years in the full-service employee benefits brokerage realm for public and private sectors, she started “Q" to provide independent third-party assistance to employers experiencing a gap in employee-benefits knowledge, administrative responsibilities, and effective HR technology platforms.

To address exponential changes in the health-and-welfare benefits market and the benefits-technology ecosystem, Cora Lynn assists employers in RFP processes for brokers and HR technology vendors; the implementation of new carriers, Professional Employer Organizations (PEO)s and HR-technology platforms, as well as, the transition away from PEOs into traditional and alternative health benefits offerings.

As a devout weekend-warrior, you may find Cora Lynn playing ice hockey, lying in savasana, watching her daughter’s tennis matches, or reverse engineering a foodie experience with her husband.
