Kimberly Diaz, CFRE, is the founder and principal consultant of Kimberly Diaz Philanthropy. Kimberly is a humanitarian at heart, guided by purpose and a commitment to service. Kimberly’s career bridges financial technology, philanthropy, and community-based leadership.

Kimberly began her career in financial technology, working in account management on large-scale implementations and system migrations. That experience built a strong foundation in systems thinking, project management, and client partnership—skills that later translated naturally into the philanthropic sector.

She later transitioned into philanthropy, where she supported the American Red Cross through fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and organizational capacity building. Kimberly raised over $4.5 million in her tenure at the Red Cross from individual, foundation, and corporate donors.

As a Class XI Fellow of the Nehemiah Emerging Leaders Program, Kimberly deepened her commitment to equity, leadership, and community impact. That experience brought together her professional background, purpose-driven values and ultimately led to the founding of Kimberly Diaz Philanthropy.

Since launching in 2024, Kimberly Diaz Philanthropy has raised more than $600,000 for nonprofit clients in Sacramento.

Kimberly feels honored to support mission-driven organizations and the communities they serve.
