• Balance: A Documentary Screening on Midlife & Perimenopause

    We’ll be screening The Balance Documentary, a film that explores menopause, midlife health, and the lack of education and support many women experience during this stage of life. The goal of the evening is to create an approachable, community-centered space for learning, conversation, and greater understanding around a topic that affects so many but is still rarely discussed openly. Following the screening, there will be time for discussion and questions in a supportive, non-clinical setting.
