This is a monthly, roundtable we're starting for NAWBO Members on the last Monday of every month from 9:00 - 11:00 am at Frequency Coworking & Events. This is an opportunity to share challenges, wins, desires, resources, and gain insights from fellow women business owners. Our goal is to create a monthly touchpoint to meet up and hold each other accountable, deepen connections, and problem solve together. Bring a notebook or journal and something to write with. This offering will evolve throughout the year as the needs of our members evolve. Register Here **This series is open to NAWBO Members only**

As we celebrate 30 years of the OWL Gala—honoring women who lead, build, and break barriers—the High School Pitch Competition reminds us why this work matters. Taking place on January 31, this competition represents the future of entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership. These students are stepping into rooms, sharing ideas, and learning how to confidently articulate their vision—skills that many women were never encouraged to develop at their age. The young women and allies participating are bold, curious, and courageous. They’re learning how to transform ideas into impact, how to speak with confidence, and how to believe in what’s possible—even before the world tells them who they’re allowed to be. This competition is more than a pitch. It’s a bridge between generations. Just as NAWBO has spent decades advocating for women in business, we now have the opportunity to invest in the leaders who will carry that work forward. When we show up for them, we’re not just celebrating the past—we’re shaping what comes next. Join us as we honor our legacy and pour into the future.Because the next generation isn’t waiting—they’re ready. Let’s continue building HERstory together

Join the women of NAWBO Sacramento in our inaugural formal dress clothing swap, ahead of our 30th annual OWL Awards Gala on March 7! Bring your gently used dresses, gowns and formal wear and swap them for new pieces they you can wear to awards ceremonies, galas, and benefits throughout 2026. This swap is a great way to "shop" sustainably, declutter our closets, avoid fast fashion, and spread the wealth already within our local community. Whatever doesn't get swapped will be donated to local non-profits. We'll have light bites and refreshments to enjoy while you swap! No need to be a NAWBO Sacramento member! This is free and open to all women in business! Register Here
