The agenda:
- 10-15 min is for introductions of all members on the call for networking as well as any local chapter news.
- 40 minutes for the speaker presentation(s) plus Q&A.
- You’ll also get the opportunity to meet current NAWBO members and learn about membership benefits.
More about Tracy Jackson, Tracy is a highly engaging Human Resources leader, executive and speaker. With over 20 years as a business leader, she has extensive knowledge building and overseeing top-performing teams and departments as VP of HR or CHRO in large organizations.
Tracy holds Board seats at Snowline Health, American Leadership Forum – Mountain Valley chapter, and National Association for Women’s Business Owners (NAWBO)- Sacramento Valley. She is also a member of Official Forbes HR Council.
Tracy received her Bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University achieved the designations of Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional from Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP). She holds a “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate” from the U of S. Florida, Muma College of Business and a DEI Certification program with the University of Georgia. Tracy has been an executive at many prestigious and reputable organizations. She is also a dedicated member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
