– Get your small business certification on-the-spot!
– Register in SMUD’s vendor portal
– Learn about whether you qualify for SMUD’s small business incentive
– Gain valuable information about the benefits of certification
– Network with other local businesses
MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING MATERIALS TO THE WORKSHOP:
– Personal laptop with wi-fi accessibility
– Applicant/affiliate Federal Tax Returns for the past three (3) years (please have available in PDF format)
– Applicant/affiliate Quarterly Wage and withholding Report (DE 9C if applicable)
– Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) if applicable
– Social Security Number (if sole proprietor)
– Home Address of Officers, Members/Manager, and Partners
– Secretary of State Number (if applicable)
– Contractors State License Board Number (if applicable)
*In some cases, additional documentation may be required to complete certification.
