I’ve loved to dance as long as I can remember. In fact, my favorite memories throughout my life have happened on dance floors. Growing up, my dance studio was my refuge. My safe space. My therapy.

But as an adult, I lost touch with my connection to dancing. And that’s when I decided I needed a monthly ladies dance night in my life! But it wasn’t enough to go out to a club with my girlfriends. I wanted to be in a space made for women.

So I dreamt up the idea of Goddess Night Out and found local sisters in Sacramento to help me make it happen! It's truly an honor to collaborate with community to bring gatherings and events for women to life each month.

By day, I’m a journalist, videographer, and astrologer. I worked in local TV News for about a decade (most recently at FOX40 in Sacramento) before leaving the corporate world to embark on a full-time entrepreneurial journey as the co-owner of mo.mint media and the creator of The Spiritual Journalist. I also operate and manage Studio 11 Sacramento, a local event space in East Sacramento.

I'm a self-proclaimed "Jill of all Trades," using all of the skills I've acquired along my entrepreneurial journey to support clients and collaborators in any way I can!

I'm so excited to bring my experience to the NAWBO Sacramento Board as the Programs Co-Chair this year. I'm looking forward to serving even more women in my community through this incredible organization!
