Kyla Bryant is an award-winning leader who inspires, leads, and focuses on improving communities through leveraging connections, supporting entrepreneurs and designing workforce development education throughout the Greater Sacramento Metro Region. As a Partner with Luminari Partners and the former Executive Director of the Sacramento Metro Chamber Foundation, consistent throughout Kyla’s success is her constant strive to implement empathetic leadership practices while walking others through times of chaos, crisis and change. Her educational background includes a MA in Leadership - Organizational Learning and Effectiveness from University of the Pacific and a BA in Psychology. Kyla lives in Sacramento, with her husband and their daughter. In her spare time, she loves watching sports and is part of an all-female Fantasy Football league.
