Fall is a busy season as we bring a close to the year, prepare for the new year and engage in holiday celebrations. Despite the festivities of the Fall holidays, a lot of people experience stress or a seasonal heaviness that leaves them feeling exhausted and isolated. Join us on November 9, 2023 from 5-7pm at The Co-Lab in Old Sacramento as Tiffany K. Martin hosts a "Couch Convo" on how to manage stress and depression during the holidays and end the year with joy. This free session is an opportunity for attendees to network, share, and learn tips on how to hold on to your joy. As someone who has experienced both stress and depression during the holidays, Tiffany will provide information that will help you navigate your own journey or provide you with the awareness needed to support family, friends or coworkers in their journey.
