Regarding our CEO: Tracy is a highly engaging Human Resources leader, executive and speaker. With over 20 years as a business leader, she has extensive knowledge building and overseeing top-performing teams and departments. She is very mission-driven and philanthropic by nature and very passionate in her desire to advocate for the underserved and underrepresented groups. She sits on the Board for Snowline Hospice, where she is the chair of the Governance Committee. She’s a Board member for Bridge to the Future-Rites of Passage, and the National Association for Women’s Business- Sacramento Valley Chapter. She is on the Leadership Council for local United Way’s Women United which focuses on foster youth who are emancipating from the system. She is also a part of the Advisory Group for Pride Industries Inclusive Talent Solutions. She volunteers for a number of other non-profit organizations. She was a member of Leadership Sacramento, Class of 2019, and she is a first year Fellow for the American Leadership Forum (ALF), Mountain Valley Chapter.
