My mission is to help leaders navigate career and life transitions to find more freedom, fulfillment, and focus.

With 30 years in corporate leadership and a lifetime of experience helping others with major career and personal life transitions, I embrace change and non-traditional paths as growth opportunities. After losing my husband to melanoma, I came to coaching as the next step in my own career because I love the challenge and success I’ve experienced in helping intelligent, passionate people realize their full potential. Whether coaching individuals on a personal level or developing organizational teams, I chose to specialize in career and life transition because I thrive on the power of possibility and co-creating fantastic futures.

My unique coaching system helps my clients get focused and motivated to move forward faster through a process of discovery, practical action planning, and accountability that empowers them to tap the energy of their true passions and turn goals into reality. Always ready to brave courageous conversations, I blend creative visioning with strategic planning and resourceful support to produce impactful results. My clients consistently recognize the wisdom, intuition, authenticity, and steadfast positivity and encouragement I bring to the coaching experience. I have found that whether my approach is applied to individual transformations or organizational development – or to individual transformations for organizational development – the outcomes are clear and quantifiable.

My leadership experience is forged in a foundation of corporate management and leadership development for the hypercompetitive telecom industry. Since then, I have coached individuals and organizations in a wide variety of industry sectors, from startups and small businesses to global industry leaders, government agencies, and nonprofits. My breadth of experience has taught me that humans are truly the most important resource. I believe that individuals have the power to impact progressive change in profound ways, and when they are empowered, motivated, resourced, and supported, they will drive amazing change and innovation.

I am an ICF-certified career and life coach with an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a business bachelor’s in Organizational Behavior and Environment from CSU Sacramento. Ever an advocate for the value of volunteering, I have served in Board leadership roles with Stand Up Placer (supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking); the National Women’s History Museum, the Executive Women’s Golf Association; and the LPGA Amateur Golf Association, Sacramento chapter. I am a published author contributing to EWGA’s “Teeing Up for Success” book, a compilation of inspirational stories from extraordinary women who have used golf to achieve their business and life goals.

I am passionate about lifelong learning, community volunteering, empowering women and girls, and the game of golf as a perfect networking tool and a fun way to develop leadership skills. A native of Boston and transplant to Sacramento, I treasure time with family and friends and love cooking, movies, theater, sporting events, and playing golf whenever and wherever I can.
